It is very important that you treat this whole experience as Sacred. Please ensure to read your notes in sequence according to the instructions you receive, and don't do the recorded part before reading the instructions.
On the day you go through the meditation, ensure you are in a restful and relaxed zone. No rushing around with busy life, work or family or if you are over tired. When you do the Meditation, imagine you are in a Divine Temple. It can be done inside or out in nature, somewhere where you won't be disturbed.
